This week i found adding new attacks and thinking of possible new things for my game to be difficult because i was running out of moves from Naruto and it took a while to add extra sprites and objects for three way fire.

This week i learnt how to make several types of different bullets fire with the same button and how to transform one object into another on collision with an object this will be very useful for my game. i also learnt that i need to add in extra features such as the character changing position while moving.

I need to know how to use a time-line because that will add an extra edge to my game that no-one else will have. i also need to know how to make the objects bounce a couple of times and then disappear because it will be a little bit different.

I will find this information from my friends or my teacher but if they cannot tell me what i have to do then i will go online and find a tutorial that can explain how use time-lines or other complicated features. 

I found it difficult to find a website with Naruto sprites because most of the were blocked because they think it is to do with playing online games but it is for an assignment. Also it was hard to make the weapons the right size because if they are to big then they hit rocks and do nothing.

This week i learnt how to get rid of sprites background using Photoshop CS2 because on previous attempts they would have a background but now i have mastered it. I also learnt how to change the speed at which sprites and different weapons move at and the damage they inflict.

I need to know who i will get to test my game because they need to be serious when they are writing down what they think about my game because i need it to help me make adjustments.

i will come up with the information myself because no one else can help me make my descision i think i will ask people who don’t joke around to much so they can help me.

I didn’t have many troubles this week the only real problems were the remaking my Podcast due to it not saving and trying to change some of the things on Game maker that didn’t seem to be working no matter what i tried.

This week i learnt how to remake Podcasts quickly if they do not save and about how to change sprites actions. i also started learning a little bit about changing there codes so that changes can be made.

I need to know how i can add an extra fire to my sprites because when i tried it they weren’t appearing at all which made me very annoyed. i will also need to know what i am going to change the game to look like because at the moment i cannot think of anything.

I will find the information from my friend because he has already added extra fires to his so i should ask how to overcome the problems that i am having. Unfortunately i will have to think of the topic of my game by myself because the only thing other people can do is give suggestions.

I found recording bits of my Podcast separately difficult because all i could do were a few characters and sound effects which made what i was going to do very limited also i still hadn’t found my sounds so i replaced them with sounds that were similar.

I learnt that using other people for your assignment can backfire when they are not there. I also learnt that things don’t normally goes according to plan and you have to adapt to the changes to survive.

I need to know whether my friend is going to be at school next week because if he is not i will have to change my Podcast hugely to accomadate for it.

I will get the information from him by ringing him up but if i am unable to reach him i will ask my other friends whether they have heard from him if i am still unsure i will have to assume the worst and start changing my script.

I found getting the sounds that i am after on the Internet to be difficult because it always comes up with different sounds. Also www.cepstral.com wasn’t working for me because there is only one computer that gives you the option to download the words you have put in and someone else was using that computer.

I learnt that www.cepstral.com can be a real pain in the backside i mean why would i go on it if i can’t download the phrases i was saying without 15 MB of voices. Also i increased my knowledge of the functioning in Audacity i can now change speed and pitches very easily and understand what is going to happen as a result of each feature.

I need to know how to who i am going to use as each of my characters because i will need to know that next week when i begin recording i will also have to discover what i am going to use to substitute my sound effects that i was after because i was unsuccessful in finding them on the Internet.

I will have to ask my friends if they will be some of my characters and think of alternate sounds that could be put in to replace my original idea.

Well i found thinking of an idea for my script difficult because of the little time i had most of the lesson was spent sitting in my chair brainstorming what i was going to write about but i thought of it in the last ten minutes then i wrote half a page about the topic.

I didn’t really learn anything this week because i was occupied due to illness and school commitments and it was a bit hard to learn in one lesson.

I need to know how to move a sound in audacity without it changing speed, pitch or tempo because this happens to me frequently and it gets very frustrating because i can’t seem to succesfully change it back.

I will get this information by asking one of my friends if they have the problem then see if they know tthe awnser but if they don’t then i will ask my I.T teacher how to move it.

This week i had to make an examplescript to make sure that i knew how to make a proper podcasting script.

This week i have been searching the web for an example of a good slideshow and a bad slideshow i managed to find a good sideshow about the details on Xbox’s it contained little writing and lots of diagrams and pictures to make it better to look at and easier to read.

 What areas did i find difficult?

I found looking for the slide shows hard because there are lots of slides that are blocked on slide share and other websites because whatever i did it was blocked they even blocked searching boring on slide share. Also it is hard to find one that is relevant or good.

What did I Learn?

I learnt about what makes a successful PowerPoint like having lots of pictures with little words to not make it as hard for viewers to read also there needs to be animations to make the slide more appealing to watch.

What do I need to know

I need to know how to make a successful slide-show my self and how to make a video and sound work automatically work without me needing to click on it i was unable to do so when i tried to this week.

Where am I going to find the information

I will  find the information from other people in my class who have figured out how to do it because they will be able to show me what to do or someone could comment on this post and give me the answer

I found the editing the pages difficult because everyone else was editing the pages and only one could at a time which made it very hard so i could only edit two pages per lesson .

I learnt most of the problems and advantages with wikis i also know where i can create a wiki some examples of the things i have learnt is wikis are a more interactive way to communicate online they are good for getting lots of people to edit your work.

I need to know all about social networking because i have never done anything that involves social networking people say it’s easy but i don’t believe it is easy and i need to make it mostly pictures and hardly any words which i’m not very experienced with.

I am going to find the information on a wiki or from my freinds but there are alot more options like blogs and asking teachers and other people with experience on computers.

I found searching forinfo on the wiki to be quite hard because it was hard to get a website that was being serious about the topic also i didn’t have very good knowledge of the topic before i started it because i haven’t done much with computers yet.

This week i learnt about the problems and security issues with wiki’s like that you could say stuff about your friend as  a joke a stalker could chase him down and he will be quite angry with you.

I need to know how you could use a wiki for school because i haven’t been able to identify why anyone would use a wiki for school because i currently find it more difficult then most of the stuff we do.

I will find the info on the Internet or i will look at what other people have written to give me a better understanding of what we could use wikis for at school. If neither of those work i will ask another student or the teacher what they could be used for.
